In the summer of ’08 I had the wonderful opportunity to attend Bethel Church’s (Redding, California) worship school. Without a doubt it was the most incredible week with God of my life thus far. God changed me. I’ve always had a heart for the Glory of God, to see His reign on earth, to be a man after His own heart, to see people live the way God intended us to live. As I drove to work the following Monday I was asking (kind of complaining), “God, why do I have to fly all the way to California to experience such an amazing atmosphere?” His response still shakes me. He said, “Why do you?” My response was, “God if you want me to plant a church here then send confirmation, people to partner with us, monetary support, and spiritual fathers to teach us.” Thinking it would be a slow process, God began to confirm it the very next week. I don’t believe a week has gone by since then that God hasn’t confirmed us planting (what is now) Kingdom Culture here in Greenville, SC. So far, every aspect of my prayer has been met and is still being met. Our heart is for Greenville to be known as “Glory Greenville,” that this would truly be a city where His glory dwells and His will is done as in Heaven.
Kingdom Culture, as a church here in Greenville, is young, but all creation is waiting eagerly for that future day when God will reveal who his children really are! We want to be known as children of God, those who believe that God is who He says He is and can do what He says He will do.
I pray that your heart would resonate with the Glory of God, that you would join us in prayer for this city, the southeast, and this country. “Arise, let your light shine for all to see. For the glory of the Lord rises to shine on you.” Isaiah 60:1

Be Blessed – Joel Reid
